The very special customer service for car dealerships
With the bring&collect key delivery system, customers can bring their vehicles in for maintenance or repair and pick them up again outside business hours. Secure storage of up to 32 vehicle keys is guaranteed. Each key collection is logged and thus remains traceable in the long term.
For the dealership, this means organizing or scheduling repair orders and, if necessary, loaner cars without the need for additional staff.

To ensure that the customer remains mobile, a rental car can be received or returned for the repair period at the same time as the vehicle is brought and collected.
The key and vehicle documents are handed over after the personal security code has been entered.
